Central Barbour PSD
About Us
The Central Barbour PSD was created in 1972 by the Barbour County Commission. The District provides water services to about 1,090 households within its boundaries. The district includes Union, Mt. Liberty, 4-H Road, Midway, Whitman Run, Marysville, Bills Creek, Pt. Pleasant, Old/New 250, US 92, Teter Creek Lake, Hunters Fork, Stringtown, Lauren Mt. Road and Bear Run.
